Returns and refunds
Email SIDEQUEST with your order number before returning anything. We coordinate with Printful; do not send products to Printful or our business location without instructions. Report damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products promptly with photos where available. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other legally required remedy. Supplier claim deadlines do not reduce your statutory rights.
We offer no additional voluntary change-of-mind or wrong-size exchange guarantee beyond applicable consumer rights. Made-to-order production does not automatically remove legal withdrawal rights; personalization exceptions apply only where legally valid. We honor applicable legal deadlines and conditions. Request cancellation promptly; changes after production begins may not be possible, without affecting statutory rights.
For eligible returns we will confirm the address, process, and responsibility for shipping costs before dispatch. We cover necessary return costs for verified faulty or incorrect items where required by law. Approved refunds go to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or legally required. We confirm processing; bank posting times may vary.

لا نقدم ضمانًا طوعيًا إضافيًا لتغيير الرأي أو تبديل المقاس يتجاوز حقوق المستهلك المنطبقة. التصنيع عند الطلب لا يلغي تلقائيًا حق العدول، ولا تطبق استثناءات التخصيص إلا حيث تصح نظامًا. نحترم المهل والشروط النظامية. اطلب الإلغاء سريعًا؛ قد يتعذر التعديل بعد بدء الإنتاج دون المساس بحقوقك النظامية.
للإرجاع المستحق سنوضح العنوان والإجراءات ومسؤولية رسوم الشحن قبل الإرسال. نتحمل رسوم الإرجاع اللازمة للعيب أو الخطأ المثبت حيث يوجب النظام. تُرد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية ما لم نتفق أو يوجب النظام خلاف ذلك. نؤكد المعالجة، وقد تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ لدى البنك.
